Energy Assessment
For commercial customers, Solare Energy will develop an energy use profile by analyzing historical energy utility bills and all major systems that consume electricity or natural gas. These systems might include Heating Ventilation or Air Conditioning (HVAC), refrigeration, interior lighting, exterior lighting, signage, data rooms, and office equipment. Solare Energy will also assess the insulation and air leaks in the building envelope.

Integrated Solution Design
After performing the energy assessment, Solare Energy will develop a comprehensive solution for our commercial customers that will result in the optimal energy and economic savings, taking into account all available government and utility incentives, and providing attractive paybacks and financial returns.

Solar PV
Solare Energy designs, sells equipment and components, processes rebates, obtains all required permits, installs, tests, and supports the inspection of grid-connected rooftop and ground-mounted solar photovoltaic systems.

Solar Hot Water
Solare Energy designs, sells equipment and components, processes rebates, obtains all required permits, manages the installation, tests, and supports the inspection of solar hot water systems.

Solar Heating and Air Conditioning
Solar heating and air conditioning systems use solar thermal collectors to run absorption chillers that will provide air conditioning in the summer and space heating in the winter. These systems are typically 5 tons or larger in order to be cost effective. Solare Energy designs, sells equipment and components, processes rebates, obtains all required permits, manages the installation, tests, and supports the inspection of solar heating and air conditioning systems.

Efficient Building Envelope
Solare Energy We design and install insulation materials in attics, seal central heating and air conditioning ducts, and install weather strips in doors and windows.

Advanced HVAC Systems
Commercial customers can save up to 50% in heating and cooling costs by upgrading older HVAC systems with newer more efficient systems. Solare Energy designs and manages the installation of highly efficient HVAC systems and it s components.

Efficient Lighting Systems
Lighting represents 35% of electricity usage for commercial customers. While fluorescent lighting is typically 75% more efficient than incandescent lighting, LED lighting can be up to 80% more efficient than fluorescent and 95% more efficient than incandescent. LED lighting systems also last longer and require less maintenance. Solare Energy works with commercial customers to design and install optimal lighting and control systems, including occupancy sensors.

Monitoring, Maintenance and Support
Monitoring of solar electricity generation, solar hot water production, and energy use, as well as preventive and corrective maintenance of installed systems.

Financing
Through our network of financial partners, Solare Energy offers various financing options for solar and energy efficiency installations, including loans, PV/energy efficient mortgages, leases, and Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs).

EnergyStar Benchmark and Certification
Provide EnergyStar benchmark assessment, design and install retrofit measures required to achieve EnergyStar efficiency levels, and provide required support to apply and achieve certification as EnergyStar commercial building. The EnergyStar benchmark assessment is required for all commercial real estate transactions starting in 2010.
