What You Need To Know About Solar Energy

If you’ve been researching solar panels for your home or business, you know it can be a confusing topic. A lot of companies want to provide you with the best solution for them, limiting you to leases only or pushing one brand of solar panel. But choosing the right company to help with your solar system needs is a simple decision. Solare Energy knows that every customer’s needs are different, from technical details such as power requirements and roof space, to financing options such as purchase or lease. We provide you with seven different financing options and multiple solar panel and inverter equipment options. Our process is simple and straightforward. Three easy steps are all it takes to go solar and save thousands of dollars every year!

It’s As Easy As 1-2-3

STEP ONE – Energy Efficiency & Rate Structure Analysis

Provide your SDG&E account history and our energy specialists will analyze your previous SDG&E costs to determine what size solar power system you require and which rate structure best suits your needs. Some San Diego solar companies don’t even address rate structures, which limits your savings and can have a negative impact on the overall value of your solar panel system.

Solare Energy also provides a free energy efficiency analysis, which makes recommendations to reduce your energy consumption, such as variable speed pool pumps, LED lighting, and solar pool heating. These recommendations not only reduce your energy consumption but also allow us to design a smaller solar power system which will lower the cost of your project by reducing the number of panels needed.

STEP TWO – Financing Plan & Solar Panel Array Design

Schedule an on-site appointment to meet with one of our consultants at your home or business location. We will do a site inspection to determine optimal solar panel locations. Our consultant will inspect your roof to decide where to place the system and what type of roofing materials you have. Some customers don’t have enough roof space or prefer not to mount panels on their roof and need another solution such as a ground mount or carport system. We’ll handle the details and design a solar system around your needs and preferences.

During this consultation, Solare’s expert also determines which form of financing works best for you. While the return-on-investment is greatest with a cash purchase, many customers opt for another form of financing, such as an unsecured loan, home equity line of credit, lease, or power purchase agreement. Regardless of which option you select, the savings of solar are substantial in comparison to what you’re currently paying for energy.

STEP THREE – Permitting & Solar Panel Installation

We make this easy for you! Our project managers handle all the paperwork, including county permits, HOA approval, and federal tax credits. Solare Energy does everything to ensure that your project runs smoothly, is completed on time, and meets or exceeds your expectations.

Solare’s installation crew comes to your home or business and gets to work. Our installers are professional, clean, and safe. We install, set up, and test your system to ensure that you’re getting the results our analysts promised, so relax and have peace of mind knowing that you’ll be saving thousands of dollars in energy costs in no time!
